The hotel was really clean and the bed was lovely, but the room was too small for two people, making it hard to move around. However, the noise interrupted our sleep, and there was no bath or iron available. The host was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, ensuring a 100 percent stay. We felt a bit cramped with little room to move.

I stayed at this hotel with a lovely sea view and a beautiful bay window overlooking the north beach. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere; however, the dining experience could use some improvements in portion sizes for the price paid. The location was perfect, close to everything but away from noise, right on the promenade of North Pier. The facilities were very good, enhancing the overall experience.

The Bromley is a gem! The breakfast is very good, rooms are spacious, and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a nice place with everything you need; just a minor downside next to a busy area. Great value for money.

The service at Bromley is top-notch! Despite being new to his career, the staff member did a fantastic job and even parked my car at the rear of the property. The only improvement could be wearing a mask for safety.
